HUMAN RELATIONSHIP SESSIONS & YOGA OR PILATES PRIVATE LESSONS
This package is designed to maintain the body mind and spirit as a whole. Each session contains a session in person and 45-70 minute, one on one yoga or Pilates private lesson with your choice and need.
Each session and lesson gives you opportunities to see yourself from a distance and gives you a chance to be honest and accept as it is.
