What is Sun Salutation? There are 12 yoga poses into one cycle of movement, called Sun Salutation or Namaskara A. It is good for your spine and nervous systems to move the body forward, backward and stretched. The more you do the more you will be able to concentrate, and to feel and observe what is happening in your body, rather than thinking of what to do. Recommendation Bring a towel, water and fresh clothes to change. You will sweat alot and your body will be tired after this class, it is a good idea to have no plan for the rest of the day for your body to rest well. |
